July favourites 2016

Hello everyone,
Blimey it's been a while since I've done a post on my monthly favourites! It's probably got to do with the fact that I haven't really found any proper gems to talk about lately so I guess this post is kind of a round up of everything I have loved over the past couple of months.I'm sure you guys know that I would never recommend products just for the sake of it right?
I'm ever so picky with my deodorants;they can't smell too strong, take too long to dry,not last long enough and so on.Nivea gets it just about right however unlike other brands which I have tried and once and never again.
As you can see from the picture,I've quite clearly hit pan and that's because I've been absolutely lovin' it(side note, did that remind anyone else of the McDonald's catchphrase...yanno the one with the jolly whistle at the end? No?Just me?Ok then). It gives a really soft, super natural finish to the brow's and for £3.99 it even comes with a small 4ml tube of brow gel plus a double ended applicator thats actually pretty decent-amazing!
In case you've never heard of the brand, they're the people who rolled out the popular CollectionLastingPerfectionConcealer, raved on and on about by youtubers, bloggers and beauty enthusiasts.Ring any bells?Makeup wearers often love this product so much so that the 3 words become one because they're so crazy about it that they know the name off by heart without even thinking about it(why can't my brain do that when it comes to exams?!).

I bought this the week before last because I'm going on holiday soon to a country where the temperature reaches 35 degrees during this time of the year,so if I choose to wear minimal makeup this is what I'm hoping to go for.I used this everyday for a week to test it out and it works really well amd does what I exect it to,although at first I was a little worried about the rather odd but unique wand on it but it actually works just as well as the smaller wands I'm used to(all I have to do is be a little more careful hehe).
I lurvvee this concealer! The shade is perfect for my skin tone because the undertones are just right for me(I have quite a yellow undertone)so for once I don't look like a beetroot that's been attached to a human body. The concealer lasts really well and when I put it up for the test in 30 degree weather during that crazy heat wave the week before last it stood up pretty well.On the other hand despite my high praises,I wouldn't say it's lasts 100% perfectly because I have found that it can transfer slightly by midday when blot my face but I don't mind.

If this concealer does sound like something you would like to purchase don't expect a huge shade range...after all there's only two different ones consisting of light and medium beige.
Sadly I'm coming to an end of this and it sure will be missed. This was the first hot cloth cleanser I ever tried as an alternative to the more expensive Liz Earle one and it worked so well with removing makeup at the end of the day, even from sensitive areas like my eyes.At first I was a little worried about it breaking me out but there were so many good reviews from girls with oily and acne prone skin like me on the Boot's website that I just gave in and bought it.My skin has honestly improved hugely since buying it!
If you're on the hunt for a affordable 'pick me up' for your hair then look no further...this four quid Sainsburys exclusive works a treat(living up to it's name lol).I always avoid using heat on my hair where possible but sometimes occasionally I don't have the time to wait for my hair to air dry so the solution?Ta daa,my hairdryer comes to my rescue and saves the day but it leaves me with a problem...dry,dull hair(major ew).Using this cream infused with oil really helps to inject that life back and an added bonus is that it also smells divine.
This last favourites bit of a different one but I'm a girl who struggles with having slight a 'mustache' so I like to remove it.A few months ago I had an awful allergic reaction to the cream leaving me with burns*sigh*after making the mistake of not testing it out on a small patch of skin beforehand(I take full responsibility, the instructions clearly do instruct you to do so). However recently I was brave enough to give it a go again and its just as amazing as when I first tried it-I had NO reaction to it whatsoever.
What have you been loving this month?I'd love to know!
