Hello everyone,

On the 23rd of July I would have celebrated my first ever year of blogging.At the time I was a teenager who had just finished a year in school and wanted a simple creative outlet to share my love of writing about beauty,fashion,life,homeware & everything and anything I liked to keep me entertained over the 6 week summer holidays.

Acne,acne,acne-it's the dreaded nemesis who loves to strike whenever it bloody well likes!Ohh what I would do to go back to those days of soft,clear,naturally 'airbrushed' skin before hitting puberty torture(ughhh).

Fear not though there are numerous super hero products out there that treat spots,so they're not semi-permanently tattooed onto your face for god knows how long whilst other products can stop them from being a huge stand out.Take for example:makeup but with that comes the questions...How do you use it?How do you apply it?How do you stop it from looking cakey?

Growing up eh?It's a funny subject,some of us can't wait and leap at the mention of it and well others?...I suppose they dread it.

Knowing one day you're going to be thrown into the adult life seems pretty scary as a teenager,I mean after all there's no more security of mum and dad,the bank of mum and dad or mum and dad's free taxi service!The list could go on,growing up for most means learning to rely on yourself and of course heaps of responsibilities.
